HRG Management is a local company and family owned business with deep roots in the local area where we do business and serve our clients/investors.  We operate under the KW South Valley Keller Williams brokerage.  We bring the power of a large world-wide brand (Keller Williams) and the attention and communication you hope and expect from a local brand (HRG Management).  We bring over 30 years of combined Real Estate and Property Management experience.  With our Team, you will benefit from our knowledge, experience and expertise which will effectively, efficiently and profitably manage your rental property.  
We take care of all of the details from vacancy to eviction and everything in between, including marketing (which we pay for), tenant screening, income verification, employment verification, credit checks, criminal history background checks and more.  We also handle all of the contracts, security deposits and rent collection, rent payments to you- the owner, maintenance/repair issues, legal notices, contract renewals and more.  We are a full service property management company.
     We provide to you an owner portal which gives you 24/7 access to your property profile in our software system whereby you can view your monthly statements, expenses, rents collected, repair requests, leases, notices, and anything else pertinent to your property.
     We also provide, at no additional cost to you, an easy, quick online rent payment system which allows us to deposit your rental income to you within 24 hours of scheduling the rent transfer.  No more waiting for the mail to receive your rent.

Our Pricing is Simple
